Filth Finder - screen the client before the deal

A Malta estate agency was paying thousands a year for a legacy screening SaaS. The product did not follow a property deal. It missed Malta court hits, flagged namesakes who were not the client, and left no file a Money Laundering Reporting Officer could defend. Before every reservation, someone still had to check the counterparty by hand.

Filth Finder sits on the deal file. Staff type a name or attach an ID. One chat runs the lists that matter for a Malta property counterparty: OpenSanctions, Interpol, ICIJ leaks, Malta eCourts, the company registry, FIAU and MFSA actions, asset recovery, adverse media, and the French DGT freeze register. A matcher keeps hits on the person on the file. CRA v7 prints a scorecard. A nightly watchlist re-checks names already on the book. It is a second pane beside compliance, not a replacement for a regulated KYC vendor. OpenSanctions must be licensed before this is sold as software. The live demo never opens a client directory.
