Zanzi Homes needed a dedicated premium brand for HNW buyers - seafront apartments, penthouses, villas and SDA developments - with positioning, structure and lead capture distinct from the mass-market portal.

Built Zanzi Prime end-to-end: a programmatic luxury SEO graph (9 property types × 12 localities), an SDA hub for international buyers, live listing data, buyer advisory with off-market and pre-listing stock on request, llms.txt + JSON-LD so AI engines can cite the platform, and Telegram-routed lead capture.
