Desk instead of a hire
The Empty Seat Is Already Costing You
If you are hiring a marketing executive or manager, the work is already late. A Malta desk can run ads, the site, and the story AI engines repeat from week one. You pay Google yourself.
€2,400–3,800 / month, under a fully loaded salary
- Live before the 90-day ramp
- You pay Google and Meta directly
- Ads, site, GEO in one desk
- St Julian's, English and French

A hire is three months of an empty number
A marketing executive at €32–35k costs closer to €36–39k cash plus leave, tools, and a quarter of silence.
A manager at €40–55k is €3.7–4.9k a month before anyone owns pipeline.
Agencies that hide juniors behind PDFs are not cheaper. Fiverr gigs are not a desk.

How it works
01
Twenty minutes
We look at the role you posted, or at the site if the seat is still empty. You leave with what a desk can take and what still needs a person in the building.
02
Week one
Tracking, the pages that take traffic, and the first ads or GEO fixes. Media spend stays on your card.
03
Weekly number
One report. Ads, site, what ChatGPT currently says. Stop at 90 days if it is not working.

FAQ
Why not just hire?
Hire if you need store visits, Maltese on the floor, or a closer. Hire a desk if you need traffic, a site that converts, and a clean story when someone asks ChatGPT who you are.
Do you hold the ad budget?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly. We manage. You own the accounts.
Who is already live?
Malta property portals and a CSP site in production. Case studies are on deltafrog.eu/work.
Who signs?
Mark Tiounine t/a Deltafrog, Malta resident, self-employed. A later Ltd can novate the contract.
