What lands
- Months 1 and 2: the owned record. Corporate or executive site, citation-grade newsroom, data page, transparency page with primary documents. Wikipedia and Knowledge Panel only through declared-conflict requests.
- Authority: one 15-minute recorded session a month becomes an episode, clips, a transcript page and quotable lines. One flagship report per half-year. One or two placements attempted through your own media relationships or your agency's.
- 72-hour protocol: weekly re-runs on four engines. When a wave starts, a primary-source page goes live on your ground within 72 hours. We do not engage activist accounts.
- One page to the board every two weeks. Monthly deep-dive. Quarterly review against the calendar.
- Our tracker in your portal from the first report. No third-party licence resold as the work.

The KPIs we sign
- At least 60% owned or neutral-positive sources on priority questions by month 6.
- At most 25% hostile results in the Google top 20 on brand questions.

- Rankings are not answers. We archive what the engines said.
Not included
- Guaranteed deletion, de-indexing, or a share of voice of 100%.
- Undisclosed paid advocacy, fake accounts, Wikipedia sockpuppets.
- Media budget. It is paid by you to the platforms.
- A public case study.
We publish, structure, amplify and measure. We do not hack, dox, impersonate, run fake accounts, edit Wikipedia without a declared conflict of interest, or sell removal from Google. Paid placements are labelled. Owned media is disclosed. Covert tactics are a liability, not a strategy.
