DeltaFrog (deltafrog.eu) is a Malta-based digital growth agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have — including cookie consent on this site.
1. Data controller
DeltaFrog — Mark Tiounine, operating from Malta.
Contact for privacy requests: mark@deltafrog.eu
2. What data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and measure site performance.
- →Contact form: name, email or phone, message, service interest, and optional wizard/blog context you submit.
- →Technical data when you submit a form or visit the site: IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, page path, and language — processed server-side for spam prevention and lead routing.
- →Marketing attribution stored in your browser session (e.g. UTM parameters, landing page) when you arrive from ads — used only if you accept cookies.
- →Cookie consent choice stored locally on your device (localStorage key: deltafrog-consent).
3. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, we show a cookie banner. You can Accept or Reject non-essential cookies.
If you Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymization enabled) and, where configured, Google Ads conversion measurement tags.
If you Reject, we do not load analytics or advertising scripts. We only store your rejection preference locally.
Essential storage: your consent choice (localStorage) so we do not ask on every page load.
4. Why we use your data
Legal bases under GDPR:
- →Responding to contact and callback requests — steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in running the business.
- →Analytics and ad attribution — your consent (Accept on the cookie banner).
- →Lead routing to internal tools (e.g. Telegram notifications, Google Sheets CRM for client projects) — legitimate interest and, where applicable, contract performance.
5. Third-party processors
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- →Google LLC — Google Analytics and Google Ads (privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy).
- →Vercel Inc. — website hosting and infrastructure.
- →Telegram — optional lead notifications to our team when you submit a form (message content you provide).
6. Retention
Contact and lead records are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any ongoing client relationship, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Analytics data retention follows Google’s default settings in our GA4 property.
Your consent preference remains on your device until you clear site data or change your choice.
7. Your rights (EEA / UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site data and revisiting the banner, or by contacting us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta — idpc.org.mt.
8. International transfers
Some processors (e.g. Google, Vercel) may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by those providers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
